Founder

Our founder Jonathan Wasylenko has created value as a management consultant and external counsel at global investment funds, banks, and insurance companies.  He is a licensed Attorney At Law admitted to various courts in California, New York, and Washington D.C., and serves on the Arbitrator panel for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the National Futures Association.  Jonathan holds five certifications from Harvard Law School, including Negotiation and International Finance.  He is a holder of the Series 65 Investment Adviser Law Examination.  Jonathan is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School.
